tahini and date 'ice cream'

Gluten free. Raw. Vegan.

"This combo of flavors is the bomb! And the texture is out of this world. You can eat this one as 'ice cream' or throw it back into the blender and make a 'soft serve'. Either way, it's absolutely delicious and one of my favorite raw desserts."



1/2 cup raw tahini

4- 6 medjool dates, pitted

3 ripe bananas

1/4 cup nut milk (i used homemade cashew)

pinch cardamom- optional



  1. Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor until smooth
  2. Transfer to a container or ice cream tub and place in the freezer until set
  3. OPTION to eat as is or to throw the mix back into the processor and pulse until it becomes a "soft serve".  
  4. Enjoy!
